Legal & Acceptable Use

Authorized testing only. You may use these tools only against systems you own or have explicit, written permission to test. Scanning third-party systems without authorization may be illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ONEROXE security tools at tools.oneroxe.com (the "Tools"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tools.

2. Authorized Use & Consent

The Passive Scanner and other free tools perform only non-intrusive, read-only reconnaissance (the same observations any visitor or search engine could make).

The Active Scanner and Deep Scan send intrusive, exploitation-style traffic. They are gated behind sign-in and require you to verify ownership of the target domain and record explicit consent before any test runs. By initiating a full scan you confirm you are authorized to test the target and accept full responsibility for that activity.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Tools to: (a) test systems you do not own or are not authorized to test; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage any system; (c) circumvent the consent/verification controls; (d) violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights; or (e) resell or rebrand the Tools without written consent.

4. No Warranty

The Tools and their output (scores, findings, AI-generated reports and PDFs) are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Automated scanning is not a substitute for a manual penetration test and may produce false positives or miss issues. Do not rely on the Tools as your sole security assurance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONEROXE Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Tools, including any consequences of scans you initiate.

6. Data & Privacy

Scan inputs and results may be stored to operate your account and show history. Findings are processed to generate reports; AI report generation sends finding summaries to our LLM provider. Do not submit secrets or personal data you are not authorized to share (e.g. strip credentials from any HAR you upload).
